Seal protection provide structural rigidity to the substrate it is applied, whether it's metal, steel, concrete or paint. Finishes such as epoxy, polyurethane and polyurea can bolster roofs, floors, tanks, pipelines, and garages significantly after their application. For marine applications, seal coatings can patch up hulls so no sea water or humidity affects boats or tank liners while at sea. For commercial roofing applications, these materials seal the envelope of the structure, which waterproofs the building and provides it with protection from leakage while generating ideal insulation. The coating of pipes during an industrial application can seal the pipelines from leaking water or causing corrosion-damage to the pipes and, for architectural purposes, these finishes provide protection from moisture, which peels off the paint.
